About the MO Seal Of Biliteracy
The Missouri Seal of Biliteracy is awarded to graduating high school students who have demonstrated proficiency in English and one or more other world language(s) before high school graduation. The Seal of Biliteracy takes the form of a seal that appears on the transcript of the graduating senior and is a statement of accomplishment for future employers and for college admissions.
Retakes are now available. For students that took the STAMP 4S and would like a retake, please not the following:
- To earn the Seal of Biliteracy, you must score at least at least intermediate-mid (5) in all four domains.
- You can only retake one domain.
- You must pay $10 to retake a domain. Payment is due before doing the retake.
- Submit payment to your building Seal of Biliteracy coordinator. You coordinators can be found at the bottom of this page. Payment is due on January 31, 2025.
- Apply for a one-domain retake HERE. The deadline to apply is January 31, 2025.
